TCPA Consent
We send text messages only to people who opt in by ticking the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox on our contact form. Submitting a form or providing your phone number does not, by itself, opt you in to text messages. We call you about health insurance products and services, including via automated technology, only if you agree to calls on one of our forms. Consent is not a condition of purchase. To opt out of text messages, reply STOP. To opt out of calls, ask the representative or email us at hello@thebenefitsboss.com.
Text Messaging
If you opt in to text messages, The Benefits Boss will text you about your coverage request, quotes, and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Information Sharing
We share your information only as needed to provide service:
- Insurance carriers, to apply for and maintain coverage on your behalf
- State and federal marketplaces (e.g., HealthCare.gov), where required for enrollment
- Service providers that operate on our behalf (CRM, email, analytics) under confidentiality obligations
- Government agencies, when required by law
We do not sell your personal information.
